PM SVANidhi Yojana:
यह Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) द्वारा 1 जून 2020 को launch की गई एक central-sector micro-credit scheme है, जिसका उद्देश्य Covid-19 से प्रभावित street vendors को affordable working capital loan प्रदान करना है।
इस scheme का लक्ष्य street vendors को उनकी आजीविका (livelihoods) फिर से शुरू करने और उन्हें self-reliant बनने में मदद करने के लिए financial support देना है।

PM SVANidhi Yojana के लाभ (Benefits):
Vendors को 10,000 रुपये तक का working capital loan मिल सकता है, जिसे एक साल की tenure में monthly installments में चुकाना होता है।
Loan का timely/early repayment करने पर, 7% per annum की interest subsidy, Direct Benefit Transfer के माध्यम से quarterly basis पर beneficiaries के bank accounts में credit की जाएगी।
Loan का early repayment करने पर कोई penalty नहीं लगेगी।
यह scheme प्रति माह 100 रुपये तक के cash back incentives के माध्यम से digital transactions को बढ़ावा देती है।
Vendors, loan का timely/early repayment करने पर credit limit बढ़ाने की facility का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।
Loan amount का उपयोग street vending business से जुड़े किसी भी purpose के लिए किया जा सकता है, जैसे raw materials खरीदना, rent देना, या equipment खरीदना।
Loan repayment period एक साल है।
योग्यता (Eligibility):
Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) द्वारा जारी किया गया Certificate of Vending/Identity Card रखने वाले street vendors।
वे vendors, जिनकी पहचान street vendors के survey में हो चुकी है लेकिन जिन्हें Certificate of Vending/Identity Card जारी नहीं किया गया है।
जो street vendors ULB-led identification survey में छूट गए थे या जिन्होंने survey पूरा होने के बाद vending शुरू की है और जिन्हें ULB / Town Vending Committee (TVC) द्वारा इस आशय का Letter of Recommendation (LoR) जारी किया गया है।
ULBs की geographical limits में vending करने वाले आसपास के development/peri-urban/rural areas के vendors, जिन्हें ULB/TVC द्वारा इस आशय का Letter of Recommendation (LoR) जारी किया गया है।
